Healing from trauma, chronic stress, depression, and anxiety can feel overwhelming at times. Ketamine Assisted Therapy offers a treatment option for individuals who have not found lasting relief through traditional therapy alone.

As a licensed therapist, I do not prescribe or administer ketamine. Instead, I partner with qualified medical providers who evaluate, prescribe, and monitor ketamine treatment. My role is to guide you through the therapeutic process with preparation and integration sessions that help maximize the benefits of your treatment. Let’s talk. For more information, call, and we can discuss the cost and next steps.

Therapy is for people carrying a lot — high achievers juggling too much, parents feeling overloaded, veterans, first responders, couples, and anyone who feels stuck, numb, or like they're working hard and getting nowhere. Whether you're rebuilding after addiction, divorce, or burnout, I've walked that road myself. Together, we'll build the confidence, emotional regulation, communication, and resilience it takes to lead your life the way you help everyone else. As a veteran and longtime business owner, I understand the weight that service carries — we can work together to help you come out the other side stronger.
